Venue Museum District View Web Site
The project is a 6-story mid rise construction on top of a 2-story podium garage. The building will be a contemporary design befitting the cutting edge architecture in vogue in Houston’s Museum District with emphasis on floor-to-ceiling windows and an abundance of views. Some of the community amenities will include conditioned interior corridors, heated pool, fitness facility, resident recreation room and business/conference center. Interiors of the homes will feature 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, individual wine chillers, and some will have oversized floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition, its location will allow quick access to the Metro Rail System and Houston Medical Center.
